The contract is concluded upon acceptance of a quote or written commission.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 3 Remuneration &amp; Payment<\/strong><br>In accordance with the German small business regulation (\u00a7 19 UStG), VAT is not charged. Invoices are payable by bank transfer within 14 days of the invoice date without deductions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 4 Customer\u2019s Duties<\/strong><br>The customer is obliged to provide all necessary access data, passwords, and information required for IT administration in a timely manner. Delays caused by lack of cooperation shall be the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 5 Rights of Use<\/strong><br>Upon full payment, the customer receives the right to use the created configurations or work results indefinitely within the agreed scope.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 6 Liability &amp; Data Backup<\/strong><br>The provider is only liable for intent and gross negligence. The customer is responsible for proper data backup before IT work begins, unless this is explicitly agreed upon as a service.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 7 Final Provisions<\/strong><br>German law applies.
