§ 1 Scope of Application
These terms apply to all IT administration services provided by Ops In Motion / Daniel Meinhardt to the customer.
§ 2 Services & Contract Conclusion
The scope of IT services is agreed upon individually. The contract is concluded upon acceptance of a quote or written commission.
§ 3 Remuneration & Payment
In accordance with the German small business regulation (§ 19 UStG), VAT is not charged. Invoices are payable by bank transfer within 14 days of the invoice date without deductions.
§ 4 Customer’s Duties
The customer is obliged to provide all necessary access data, passwords, and information required for IT administration in a timely manner. Delays caused by lack of cooperation shall be the responsibility of the customer.
§ 5 Rights of Use
Upon full payment, the customer receives the right to use the created configurations or work results indefinitely within the agreed scope.
§ 6 Liability & Data Backup
The provider is only liable for intent and gross negligence. The customer is responsible for proper data backup before IT work begins, unless this is explicitly agreed upon as a service.
§ 7 Final Provisions
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Magdeburg.
